Buenos Aires
So we left Uruguay that small nice country …
To reach Colonia Del Sacramento we had taken a ferry from Buenos Aires where we stayed one day there. We just stayed in Buenos Aires 1 day beacause we knew that we will come back there a few days later still by this same ferry “Buquebus”. It is about 3h to cross the Rio, so you can imagine how short it is between Uruguay and Argentina.
Here we are, it is 11pm, Thursday July 24, 2006, hello Argentina, hello Buenos Aires…
We went to Daniel's home where we will stay 4 days, thanks a lot for his help we appreciate a lot, this guy who's a fan of Rivet Plat… For those who would like to see this nice young man, he is on the album of Pipa… Also, among all those who promised us to come and see us for a few days during our adventure, there is nevertheless a person who held her promise: Sophie will arrive tomorrow, Friday August 25, 2006, at 6h15. You'll understand that we had to go out and have fun untill she will arrive or get up early… we chose to have fun. We went in a club where we cannot find a such show in Paris…. It is time to move to the airport, to welcome who will join the “Loyce connection”… Enjoy together! Finally, after 1h waiting, she reached the Argentinian ground after about 24h travelling… Tired, everyone went to sleep…
On holiday for a few weeks, Sophie asked us to be on days off, she'll take care of the blog with us : “Sophie let's go”
Ok, I continue!!! After a long trip, here I am in Buenos Aires, expatriation is honestly not that important because the city with its big buildings looks like Paris, and it has a very dense population. We spent 4 nice days with Daniel, Aurelie and Greg, 2 friends of Loic who left France for a world tour and stayed in Buenos Aires at the same time: the world is so small, isn't it?
We went to visit this famous stadium of Boca, where the Argentinian club plays. Walking in the streets, listening sounds of tango, we started to feel the Argentinian spirit. The culinary speciality of this country is the Parilla, dish of roasted meats, ox, sheep, chicken… For my self, I have never eaten so much meat of my life… It is interesting to see the loustiques ones in front of their meat dish, I can say to you that they should not be contradicted…
After 4 days spent in Buenos Aires, we are in the way to Patagonia!!!!!!!!!!
